Press “Try our sample” on the plugin’s first screen. It adds three ready-made posts to the page you are on, beside what you are looking at, selects the first one and attaches a short sample clip to its video layer. Hit Export and the MP4 is back in seconds. The export counts like any other: one of your free exports.
Then make it yours
The posts are ordinary Figma frames. Change the text, swap the clip on the layer named “video” for your own with Upload video, or select all three to export them together.
On a frame of your own with no clip at hand, press “Use our sample” next to Upload video: it attaches the same sample clip to that layer.
