1. Who you are dealing with

Video Exportify is operated by Marius Jopen, Am Spitalberg 26, 77654 Offenburg, Germany. These terms govern your use of the Figma plugin and this website.

2. What the service does

The plugin exports selected Figma frames, combined with video files you supply, as video files. Your design data and footage are uploaded to our servers for the duration of the render.

3. Licence keys

Pro access is tied to a licence key issued at purchase. There is no account and no password — the key is the credential, so keep it to yourself. It is personal to you or your organisation. We may deactivate keys that are shared publicly or used for resale.

4. Plans and billing

The free tier allows 3 watermarked exports per calendar month. Pro is billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices include VAT where applicable.

Pro grants 1,000 render seconds per billing period. A render costs the length of the finished video, never the time the render itself takes. Unused seconds do not carry over and are not refunded. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By starting your first export after purchase, you ask us to begin the service immediately and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. Details are in the withdrawal notice provided at checkout.

6. Your content

Your designs and footage remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to process and store them for the render, and you confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload. Uploaded files and finished videos are deleted after seven days.

7. Fair use

Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or resell the service. We may suspend access for abuse.

8. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, and, for ordinary negligence, to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damage typical of this type of contract. Liability under the German Product Liability Act and for injury to life, body or health remains unaffected.

9. Changes

We may change these terms with reasonable notice. If a change materially disadvantages you, you may cancel before it takes effect.

10. Law and jurisdiction

German law applies. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Offenburg. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
