Licence key
Pro is a key, not an account: no login, no password. Here is where the key lives and how to get it back.
Lost the key? Open the dashboard and use “Lost the key?”. It is emailed to the address you paid with. Then paste it into the plugin under Account.

A lost key
- Open the dashboard and choose “Lost the key?”.
- Enter the email address you paid with.
- The key is sent to that address. The mailbox is the proof that the licence is yours, since there is no password.
You can ask again after fifteen minutes. The page answers the same way whether or not the address has bought anything, so nobody can use it to find out who is a customer.
A new computer, or a second Figma account
Paste the same key into the plugin there. One key works on up to three Figma accounts, which covers a work account and a private one. Your render seconds are shared between them.
The plugin still says Free
The key is checked against the server, so a key with a typo simply changes nothing. Copy it again from the dashboard rather than retyping it.
The key got out
If it ended up somewhere it should not be, or is in use on too many accounts, reset it in the dashboard. That issues a new key and stops the old one everywhere, immediately. Paste the new one into the plugin again.
